We are an enterprise software and AI studio based in Nicosia, registered as LigaTech Inc. in the US. Since 2019 we take web, mobile, IoT and AI systems from idea to production.
How we started
Liga was founded in Nicosia in 2019. With the founder and CTO's 20+ years of full-stack experience, we began by solving real problems for local businesses in Northern Cyprus. The first projects were small web and dashboard builds — but every delivery left behind solid infrastructure that carried the next one. Over time, hotel groups, factories, clinics and public institutions came to rely on our team. As demand grew, so did our skill set: web to mobile, IoT hardware to AI integration — end to end, one team. Today, with 100+ delivered projects and 21+ enterprise clients, we are a studio that takes work from idea to production.
What we do today
We are a production studio run by an AI team. Human founders set strategy and sign off; an AI engineering team handles design, code and review. This model gives us unusual speed: we deliver in weeks what usually takes months — without cutting quality. Every output passes a review gate; nothing ships to production unverified. Our own SaaS products, 1click.chat and ScootEasy, are concrete proof: we run the infrastructure we build for clients in our own products first. We use the system we sell, every day.
Structure: Northern Cyprus and the US
We work from Nicosia and are registered as LigaTech Inc. in Delaware. Global billing and framework agreements run through this structure. We work with clients in the US, Japan, the UK, Turkey and Cyprus.
